With few expceptions (and you know who you are), all orders prior to 3-21 
have been shipped.  

Time to arrive for international orders varies considerably.  Some arrive
within 10 days others take forever.  A recent (not Metis) order shipped to
the UK on Dec 14th and finally arrived, after many phone call on both
sides of the Atlantic, on March 17th.

Using the time the charge hit your credit card as a starting point, if
it's been more than 4 weeks, you may contact the taproffice at tapr.org (not
w9ddd) for tracking information.
