[hpsdr] PowerSDR latest software?

Hmmm, interesting.  I run as Administrator with a W5WC variant with no  
pain at all;  simply put the skins folder in the Administrator/ 
Application Data/FlexRadio Systems/PowerSDR folder and everything is  
fine.
