[hpsdr] PowerSDR latest software?

Thanks for info. I have re-installed the Application data folders and all is 
now working as Administrator. No need now to swap user.
I think I may have put the skins folder in the W5WC PWRsdr folder,

Yes I did not read the ---dont do this!!!!----
