[hpsdr] Metis - what am I doing wrong?!

G'day Chris,

are you trying to access Metis using WiFi? I'm asking, because I see this 
behavior when trying to access Metis through a wireless access point. In this 
case HPSDRProgrammer discovery works, but PowerSDR can't connect to it.

OK - I think that is simply a different branch but it doesn't cure my problem 
as V1.19.3 displays exactly the same symptoms.
