[hpsdr] Metis - what am I doing wrong?!

Hi John

I ran WireShark and captured a session where HPSDRProgrammer discovered Metis and another where PowerSDR appears to discover Metis.

192.168.11.50 is the IP of my SDR PC's NIC & .51 is the IP of Metis.

HPSDRProgrammer session:

192.168.11.50	255.255.255.255	UDP	Source port: commplex-link  Destination port: 1024
192.168.11.51	192.168.11.50	UDP	Source port: 1024  Destination port: commplex-link

This pair of packets appear only once.

PowerSDR session:

192.168.11.50	255.255.255.255	UDP	Source port: 3comnetman  Destination port: 1024
192.168.11.51	192.168.11.50	UDP	Source port: 1024  Destination port: 3comnetman

This pair of packets appear many times.

Not sure why the source port name shows up differently for the two sessions.
