[hpsdr] Alex Production Starts Soon

Hi to all waiting so patiently for Alex production,

I have some good news.

The PCBs and relays have been ordered.

The toroids are under control. :-)

The long lead time parts are in our possession.

Barring any unforeseen lead time issues on the remaining parts, 
production should commence in four to six weeks.

We will most likely have the first units ready before Dayton in May, 
but not soon enough for John to get them all shipped out before then.

Thanks to everyone for your considerable patience. It looks like we 
are almost there!
