[hpsdr] Fwd: Mercury V6.3 vs V6.4

G'day Joe,

thanks for the info. Perhaps I should upgrade to 6.4. I'm only hesitant as I 
don't want to brick the Mercury cards as I don't have a USB Blaster programmer 
should something go wrong during reprogramming.
