[hpsdr] Metis pays customs

Hi

I am also on the way of clearing customs. As a matter of fact, this is
the first of the whole serie (Atlas, Pinocchio, Janus, Ozy, Mercury,
Penelope, LPU, Excalibur...) that has been stopped in customs in
Madrid. Other times (the less ones) I have had to pay for taxes but not
in Madrid (which involves paying a customs agent), but at home on
delivery. I wonder if this is due to a change from previous shipping
methods. I don't know if invoice should be put in the outside of the
parcel, because I have to send it to them.

Regards
