[hpsdr] Phoenix board availability

Hi All,

So far I've played Mercury and Penelope with Metis for domestic QSO and DX.

Besides, I have a Janus board and a Ozy board that are not used currently.
I would like that they be used as HPSDR components.

Why not survive them with Phoenix?

It is very much appreciated if you provide the info about how to purchase
Phoenix PCB or assembled one.
