[hpsdr] Penelope T2 Orientation

Thanks to everyone who replied.  I have given up on tha auto calibration 
routine.  I'll wait for Alex (waiting very patiently).  Manual calibration 
works fine.  Gerd's board came with T2 correctly installed.

Looking forward to Dayton.
