[hpsdr] Heterodyne 0.1.0.019 Released

I am pleased to announce the release of Heterodyne 0.1.0.019.  The only change in this version is that the bundled version of the Metis firmware has been upgraded to v1.3.

This update is available via the Sparkle Updater functionality, so those that are using it should see an update the next time the launch the program.  You can always download the latest version from:
