[hpsdr] multiple rx in Mercury

Dan,

the whole concept of ghpsdr3 was to support multiple receivers.  You can
run the server and specify 4 receivers, run 4 copies of dspserver and
then run multiple JMonitor clients (or QtRadio clients) pointing it at
the receiver you want to use.
