[hpsdr] Penelope T2 Orientation

Gerd's Penelope did NOT have T2 installed incorrectly; check the schematic.

I am getting a gain error message while calibrating Penelope RF output.
Could this be a problem with T2 installed 180 degrees from the correct
orientation?  My board came from Gerd and does not have the silkscreen.  The
board is labeled V1.2.
