[hpsdr] Penelope T2 Orientation

Ken an Dan,

T2 is installed correctly on Penelope from me.
But you can not check against the schematic as the schematic itself shows
the wrong orientation.

I am getting a gain error message while calibrating Penelope RF output.
Could this be a problem with T2 installed 180 degrees from the correct
orientation?  My board came from Gerd and does not have the silkscreen.  The
board is labeled V1.2.

Gerd's Penelope did NOT have T2 installed incorrectly; check the schematic.
