Check out the AD6649 from Analog Devices. 14 bit, 250MSPS, two channels 
for diversity, integrated NCO and FIR filters...

Sounds like a mighty device in the right hands. Admittedly a little 
pricey (USD 98) and getting warm (1W power dissipation).
