[hpsdr] HPSDR PowerSDR Code

The PennyMerge files on the svn

svn://svn.openhpsdr.org/svn/repos_sdr_windows/PowerSDR/branches/kd5tfd/PennyMerge/

would be the ones to use with the hpsdr hardware, Mercury, Penelope, 
Metis, Ozy, Hermes.

On the Flex svn, the code will support the various Flex hardware 
configurations.
