[hpsdr] HPSDR PowerSDR Code

I'm just getting started setting the HPSDR PowerSDR code in a development
environment and I have a quick question. The Wiki states that the HPSDR
PowerSDR is on the Flex svn site (which I haven't looked at) but there is
also code in PennyMerge? I just want to make sure I start with the correct
code and am able to incorporate future updates so I'd like to know what is
the appropriate svn repository.
