[hpsdr] 1KW Amplifier

I am looking for a long time for a design for a solid state PA
for my HPSDR. There is a new Freescale LDMOS MRFE6VP61K25H
transistor that looks like a very attractive one to build a
1KW PA. It covers 1.5-600MHz, has a gain of about 25DB and
produces 1250W CW. Up to this moment I did not find any design
for the 1.5-55MHz, only for 2m and for FM broadcast bands and up.
Anybody seen anything?
