[hpsdr] Pennywhistle PC design files --or--heat sink drill CAD info

I'm looking for the locations of the holes to be drilled in a heat sink 
for Pennywhistle.

PC board layout files (Eagle?), AutoCad .dwg or .dxf, or a text file 
with X and Y coordinates of each hole--any of these would be fine.
