[hpsdr] ghpsdr3 and ghpsdr3-Windows

David and Joe and All Those That Have Responded,

OK - I downloaded all of this last night - and ran it.

I have an issue with resizing the display window of the client - how do you
do that?  I played with this a little bit but ran out of gas and had to go
to bed.

Can you resize the java client window or not?  If not, can we work on this
feature?  Hopefully I am just missing something simple.

Everything seemed to work OK with Metis - I got the display up and
everything.  With the resolution of my monitor and not being able to resize
the client window - other than saying it worked that is about all I can say.
