[hpsdr] Problems Running PowerSDR

Thanks for your reply, George. When I'm home this evening I'll revert
libusb0.dll. I'll install the USB driver as well, but can you tell me What
exactly that means without Ozy present? The instructions online are given in
terms of installing the driver on a specific USB device. What does it mean
to install the driver when I don't have a hardware device for which to
install it, and how do I do it? Thanks.
