Oh, sorry, Mike.  At first I thought you simply wanted to see what  
params were there but now I see you may have meant you wanted a  
detailed explanation for each entry.

I don't think that exists, except indirectly through the FlexRadio  
PSDR operating manual where it talks about each control.  The .xml is  
simply the state of all the controls when you last exited the PSDR  
program, of course.
