[hpsdr] Problem upgrading Mercury

I am attempting to upgrade my Mercury from v1.9 to v2.0... my setup is:

Atlas, Ozy, Mercury v1.9, Altera v11.0 SP1

I am able to run PowerSDR v1.19.4.3 and communicate with the radio.

I have the version of USB-Blaster which has the Program_Mercury-EPCS16.bat but the highest option for Altera was v10.1 SP1.  I updated the batch file to include a option for my newer version.  When I run the batch file, the first part of the file runs successfully and I am able to select the version of Altera and select the option to upgrade Mercury to v2.0.  When it attempts to perform the upgrade, I receive the message:

Programming hardware cable not detected

Any suggestion on how I could resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.
