[hpsdr] USBBlaster-Binaries

Hi Phil,

It is agreat notice.

I can see three diferent files for Mercury-EU, extensions .CDF .JIC and .POF but Mercury-TAPR has only one file .RBF
Why is that?

Thank you very much for this.
Now all Mercury-EU can download binaries same as the rest of the users.
