[hpsdr] PowerSDR v2.2.3.dual_Mercury1 (K5SO 25SEP2011), Metis board not detected

Hello George, Phil, et al.,

I disabled my other adapters; (including Bluetooth, all VPN adapters (and
drivers), etc.); and both KISS and PowerSDR are working now.

Thanks for getting back to me on this.  Nice to have a new rig online.  Now
some fun can begin.  :)
