[hpsdr] HPSDR Firmware Update Question

[KC4RI]

I am trying to update all of the firmware on my HPSDR cards.
I can't find the File Penelope_V1.4.rbf on the SVN. I see versions V1.3 etc but not 1.4. 

Is it possible to update OZY and Magister using the Metis JTAG Utility? I tried but got and unknow FPGA ID error
