[hpsdr] Reducing drive power

Hi All,
An option for reducing driver output power is to just remove a turn from the output transformer secondary. This doesn't waste power and will reduce the output voltage swing from the driver. Another option even easier is to reduce the operating voltage of the driver. This could degrate IMD if you go too far though. Frank WA1GFZ
