[hpsdr] 15W AMP with LPFs for HPSDR

Hi all,

I've  put together a 15W amp with LPFs, i'm running it with the Hermes
Production Prototype with no problems, all spurious are below
-40dBs......extremely stable even with no load!

The design is based on the HPSDR Alex designed by graham (KE9H) , the PA and
SWR bridge is derived from work done by TF3JL, VE2LJX, OH7SV.

needless to say that it's compatible with pennylope/lane and Hermes, you can
