[hpsdr] Penny firmware versions v PowerSDR versions and a question about Mercury / KISS

What was the last version of PowerSDR that ran with the version 1.3 firmware 
for Penny/Pennylane?

Similar question for V1.2

I might want to roll back to a previous version of firmware as part of my 
tests tonight. Also what's the recommended method of monitoring TX RF using 
Mercury / KISS Console? How many dB's do I need to pad to avoid damaging 
Mercury?
