[hpsdr] Pennylane Problem

Hi Phil,
Thanks for the tip, but yes I did re-select the cards in PowerSDR each time the setup was changed. If Pennylane is not selected, there is no output whatever - as expected. As it is, MOX operates, Alex relays operate, but only a very weak signal from the output of Pennylane.
