[hpsdr] Penny V1.4 firmware issue (tracked down problem but not sure where to go next)

Thanks Phil.

I was thinking about this while drifting off to sleep last night. What is different when the fwd/rev power is being sent from Penny[lane] compared to when it is not? Are there additional signals sent over Atlas or is the data embedded in an existing stream? I'd like to understand what the detail differences are between the V1.4 and V1.3 Penny[lane] code.

As others don't seem to be having a problem I'm wondering if it's related to my hardware in some way.

I'll try the suggested things and report back.

Regards,
Paul.
