Hi Abhi,

Interesting possibilities.  Sure, anything is possible if we put  
enough effort into it!

I'm wonder if there would be enough real estate on an Atlas-compatible  
board to contain multiple filters/relays with the FPGA, ADC and other  
stuff too but, hey, you're a hardware specialist so if you think so  
who am I to question that, hihi?

I'd love to see such a thing materialize and I'd be happy to put time/ 
effort into such a project to make software/firmware work on it.  We  
could put the multiple receivers into a single Mercury-size FPGA, I  
believe, without examining the issue carefully yet, of course; maybe  
I'm incorrect about that as each requires it's own ADC chip and  
supporting circuitry and needs I/O from the FPGA.  I don't know if  
we'd run out of I/O pins on a single FPGA, perhaps not(?).
