[hpsdr] Direction Finder using Dual-Mercury Diversity Operation

Perhaps we could use two HPSDRs?

They could be synced by two Excalibur's running on the same 10 
MHz std.

No Atlas socket or FPGA limitations, and we could also do 
transmit beam forming.
