[hpsdr] Mercury and 28 MHz receive

Hi Phil

Thanks for the information. I also see a just the one signal at 28.415 MHZ but about 6  dB higher in level.

I think my problems are ground noise, just harder to remove the resultant effects at DC.
I will have to try harder to improve things.
