[hpsdr] TLV-Init fails also on Doug's powerSDR 2.2.3

Hi

Trying to understand the failure of TLV-Init, I try to use PowerSDR 
2.2.3 from W5WC.
The failure comes up also here: a Messagewindow pops up,  telling

  "Unable to configure TLV320 on Penelope via I2C"

The hardware is Mercury, Pennylane, Excalibur and Magister.

VAC works ok. Reception works ok. When using Metis, TLV320 works ok.

Any idea?
