[hpsdr] Need .pof Versions of Firmware

Dear Bob,
You can generally find the .pof files under the REPOS_SDR_HPSDR repository,
under the trunk directory, in the directory for the version of the firmware
that you need.  For example, there is a Penelope.pof file in the
Penelope_V1.6 directory.  If there is no POF file, you might have to
download the firmware directory and build it yourself to get a pof file.
Sorry, I don't have directions for doing that...

Like the name indicates, "Mercury_eu_V3.1.pof" is for Gerd's 'EU' version of
Mercury, which uses some different pins for things on the Altera chip than
the 'standard' Mercury uses.  It's not for you unless you have one of Gerd's
Mercury "EU" boards.
