[hpsdr] PowerSDR - Metis v 1.7

I'm not from TAPR but when I go to 

http://svn.tapr.org/repos_sdr_hpsdr/trunk/Metis/Source/Metis_V1.7/

it downloads the Metis.rbf file for v1.7 immediately.   Likewise for Metis v1.5, and I assume all the others but I didn't check them all specifically just now.
