[hpsdr] Hermes V1.4 released

Hi Joe

Still no joy here, I can confirm the RX2 volume is set at 98, & I can see all of the RX2 controls. Everything seem just fine but no audio?
RX1 is fine, it's almost if no output from RX2 is going to the virtual audio cable?
