Thanks for the kind words but the credit for our Hermes firmware release 1.4
goes to Phil and Joe. It is their tireless efforts that have given us this
wonderful product with multiple receivers. 

 

I am sorry I won't be any more helpful than the user manual. I have
successfully upgraded Hermes firmware and downgraded it at least 5 times in
the last week following the directions in manual. I was always able to do so
with J12 off.
