[hpsdr] Help needed with Penelope Programming

Hi Connie,

If you have not recently done this you could try downloading the latest version of  HPSDRProgrammer.  

Also try stopping any other applications on your PC that may be accessing the network.

Have tried unsucessfully to program the penelope board several times and get the following messages
File read successful
programming device goes up to 80 %
then I get the following error message
Erase time out  Power cycle and try again.
Using the jtag programmer for the boards with the latesst version for 
metis. Able to program the mercury board with no issues.
What else do I need to try or do. Help would be appreciated
