[hpsdr] TLV-Init: Hardware-Problem

Hi Phil and Forum

After a short study of the schematics, I realized, that Magister has two 
jumpers for SCL and SDA. These have not been set. After setting, the 
Penny TLV-Init works fine! So, I conclude, that I have never used 
Magister together with penny!
