[hpsdr] Using opencores module for SDR

Hi all,

I found the following openrisc solution.

That could be a nice starting point for a nice SDR.

Plugin in a RX board (ADC) and or a TX board (DAC).

Use the cyclone IV with soft core for bringing the DSP code into the FPGA.

Makes a nice standalone solution.

Nice or are there serious problems i did not see?
