[hpsdr] QtGHPSDR for Raspbian Pisces (Raspberry Pi)

G'day,

I've built binaries for Qt GHPSDR3 on Raspbian Pisces. The QtRadio
project and header files required some tweaking. The binaries seem to
run fine, see the screen-shot

I don't have any means of testing it with hardware connected until next
week, but for those with a Raspberry Pi who want to give it a try can
download the binaries from

http://www.ping.net.au/Raspbian-HPSDR.tar.gz

This archive also contains the patch files used to built QtRadio.

The installation requires Raspbian Pisces available from

http://www.raspbian.org/PiscesImages

and its dependencies, which can be installed using atp-get advanced
package tool.
