The gnuradio code for Hermes/Metis has been updated to handle
dual receivers. The block has an input parameter to define the
number of receivers (1 or 2). The GRC block graphic has 1 or 2 output
ports accordingly (changes dynamically).

Also the GnuRadio Companion (GRC) applications have been updated
to accomodate the additional capapbilities of the new block model.
The GUI model now shows two independent spectrum analyzer displays,
one for each Rx. The more complete SSB receiver demo just wimps out
and sends the 2nd receiver to the NULL sink.

A lot of bugs have been slayed, one required insane effort to find but
was obvious and trivial to fix once the light of day was shone upon it.
