[hpsdr] Mercury version 2.6

I'm somewhat a newbee at using the Mercury, Atlas and Ozy boards. I put
together a receiver using these components about 4 years ago and had it
running under Windose XP using PowerSDR. All worked fine except that my
computer didn't have the gas to make it work well.

I've since switched to linux and have a fast computer. I have the HPSDR
receiver working well using ghpsdr using my old "ozyfw-sdr1k.hex", and
"Ozy_Janus.rbf". Whenever I try to use newer versions of those files,
the mercury fails to work. It seems that I need to upgrade the firmware
on Mercury and have not been able to figure it out. I think it can be
done using ozy but I don't know how. Any help would be appreciated.

The reason I really want to upgrade the mercury firmware is so I can run
ghpsdr3. I have it kind of working but get no IQ data out of mercury and
the ghpsdr3 documentation says that the mercury firmware must be at
least version 2.9 while mine is at 2.6.

thanks
