[hpsdr] TAPR Hermes mounting clearance

I was planning to secure my hermes board to the enclosure with #4-40 
screws and metal spacers in the four corners of the board.  There does 
not appear to be anything close to the mounting holes on the underside 
of the board.

On the top side there are small pads in three of the corners:
     One is marked FD5 at the SW1 corner
     One is marked FD3 at the J1 corner
     One is not marked at the R1 corner

Are these pads connected to anything?  I am wondering because the #4-40 
elastic stop nuts I am planning to use might short them to ground.
