[hpsdr] C185 on Hermes Schematic 47 uf, but should be 0.47uf....

Hi Rob.

C185 is 0.47 uF.

In the schematic the value is wrong but correct in the latest BOM.

C186, C184, C194 and C195 are all 16V. They are marked with different  
voltages in the schematic.
