[hpsdr] KISS version 1.1.24 announced/released

Dear All,
I've just uploaded and released KISS Konsole version 1.1.24, which properly recognizes
Metis version 2.2, since Phil VK6APH has released same.

That's really the only change: no bad warning message and not running if you use Metis
V2.2.  It recognizes it, and believes that you should be using the same Penny and mercury
versions as with Metis V2.1: Penny V1.7, Mercury V3.3.
