[hpsdr] Updates to Gnuradio Hermes/Metis

Updates to the code for Gnurdio have been posted. The changes allow setting the clock source
control registers and the Alex control register values form the GUI. It's not too friendly (you have to
set hex values, based on the HPSDR protocol doc) but it allows rather complete flexiblity in
setting the controls. The default values ought to work in almost all cases unless you have Alex in
which case you may need to set registers corresponding to band filter, antenna selection, etc.

The Demo apps have also been updated. The SSB receiver demo has been changed to use an
audio sampling rate of 8000 samples/sec, hopefully that is supported by all audio cards.
