[hpsdr] ghpsdr3-alex-master TX output level.

Hello ghpsdr3 developers,

first of all happy Xmas holidays to everybody. I'm playing a little with
the ghpsdr3-alex-master of which I believe to have compiled the last
version available. My hardware is Atlas + Metis + Mercury-EU and Penelope.
Most of the functionality is properly working except the transmission power
on output is zero. I can see the TX spectrum following the microphone
signal, but can't get no power out of Penelope. Dumping the output frames
to Metis I see the mox bit set in command byte 0 and values in I/Q bytes
different from zero.
Is anybody playing like me with this very awaited piece of software ? I'd
like to use Linux for ham-radio activity because I'm convinced that this is
the OS that is most amateur-like.
